INVESTMENT 2003

ADMINISTRATION and FINANCE

Board of Directors:

We will not be swayed unduly by the degrees awarded to, or universities attended by, any individual in assessing their suitability as a director or other manager of the organization. Ability to work together as a team will be essential. Knowledge and ability will be the overriding factor in assessing participants in the various projects or positions, and any other activity as the program expands. Recognition as a paradigm pioneer will reinforce suitability for consideration.

SUMMARY

Success will be measured not only in the level of dividends returned to shareholders but also in the stature, integrity and reputation of all corporate activities in the eyes of the general public as well as customers and suppliers. The environment will also be enhanced by many of the features of the overall program. There is a little bit of charity in everyone.

Planning will be an ongoing process. Other fields of activity may be added as continuous reviews of business opportunities occur and trends are identified. A timetable for implementation of each project will be dependent upon the level of support received for these projects but will most probably be in the following order: (a) agriculture, (b) health, (c) environment, alternative energies (d) barging, (e) residential construction, (f) education.

This is not an offer but rather a request for EXPRESSION OF INTEREST. Once interest reaches an adequate level to commence these projects, we will announce the offering of shares as described herein. Record your interest now (see contacts listed above).

Each of these possible catastrophies have been examined and this project should out-perform any other investment, regardless of what the future holds.

Research currently in process:

  1. Barge traffic on the Rhine and associated rivers (London to Odessa), using oxygen/hydrogen engines; current cargo rates for specific commodities
  2. Curriculum for 21st century schools and the Indigo Child.
  3. Advertising for new faces on the Boards of Directors, for Project Directors and Managers, for teachers and other participants
