The COMPETITION and our COMPETITIVE EDGE
Project E: RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
Construction of residential multi-family environments, possibly earth-sheltered.
There is currently a growing need for multiple-family dwellings, which would rapidly escalate during times of major geophysical change, war or terrorism on a worldwide scale. Alberta is considered to be the prime location for this project as it is considered the goal of most informed immigrants, now and in the future. The population there has increased at the rate of 9% over the last year or so, according to the Edmonton Journal. A watch should be kept on mass movement of the population towards the Western Prairie region in Canada: this would require construction on a significant scale.
This is not really an area of competition, other than in the quality and techniques of construction (referred to below) which would greatly increase the life of assets acquired. Very little in the way of modernization has been introduced in recent years to the construction industry.
Our Competitive Edge:
- The laws of structural engineering have been rewritten, according to the Engineering Department of the University of Alberta, by the concept of the Wolfhook, patented by Wolf Creative Designs, which adds immense strength to the framework of any building.
- One other innovation in our buildings would be a return to dowels rather than nails, which likewise binds the components together. These two concepts should result in a building structure unaffected by the most intense weather patterns, and which should remain intact even during an earthquake.
